What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal: think dress up for the job you want, and not for the job you have.

Just kidding! Please wear semi formal wedding outfits and see the color section for more detail. You can opt to wear traditional Vietnamese wedding attire.

Is there parking/transportation available? 

There will not be a transportation bus. There is parking available at these events! The reception parking is first come first serve in the parking lot, and the rest being street parking. Highly suggested to carpool or try to uber to these events!

Is there a something I need to bring to the wedding or to the reception? 

No there is not a wedding registry. If you have red envelopes ("li xi") that you would like to gift to the couple, you can give them to the couple when they visit your table at the reception.

What is the wedding timeline or program like?

On September 23 the ceremony will begin at the church at 1pm. We will have more information about the day's timeline and will provide a program for every guest.

Will there be an open bar or cocktail hour?

Yes! We will have a selection of beer, wine, and a special wedding cocktail available to those over 21.

Is the ceremony religious, and if so, what if I am not Catholic?

The wedding ceremony will include a full Catholic mass, only Catholics are allowed to take communion. Non-Catholics are welcomed to receive a blessing during communion or you can stay at your seat. All are welcomed, no matter their beliefs at this ceremony. *The reception is exclusively for those who joined us in celebrating the wedding ceremony at the church.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. How can I let you know?

Our menu is designed to accommodate everyone's dietary restrictions and allergies (there are options for: nut free, vegan, kosher, and gluten free). We ask that you let us know in the RSVP form or contact us directly if there are more specific accommodations needed.

Will the ceremony be in Vietnamese or in English?

The ceremony and reception will be conducted primarily in English with some special elements in Vietnamese. There will be translations provided.

What time will the reception end?

The reception will end at 1 am.

I am coming in from out of town. What can I do while I am there? 

There are fun activities listed at the "When you are there" section!

I am coming in from out of town. Where should I book my stay at?

We have a hotel block at the Inn at the WAC.
